1. Before you start
This model ships in 2 cartons, labelled “1 of 2” onwards. The printed manual is always in carton 1. If one carton has not arrived within 48 hours of the other, email us and we will trace it before you start.
People: 2 · Time: about 45–60 minutes · Tools: Phillips screwdriver or drill, the included hex key, work gloves. Every panel is laser-marked with a letter that matches the parts list — lay parts out by letter first.
2. Coop box first
Assemble the raised hen house box and floor before the run — keep it on flat ground.
3. Nesting box and roof
Fit the external nesting box, then the corrugated roof panels, overlapping one wave.
4. Run frame and mesh
Bolt the run frame to the coop, then fix the mesh wall panels letter by letter.
5. Doors and ramp
Hang the walk-in door and pop door, fit the ramp, and check both latches engage fully.
6. Ground anchoring
Fix the anti-dig apron and ground stakes — this is what keeps raccoons out. Do not skip it.
