1. Before you start
This model ships in 2 cartons, labelled “1 of 2” onwards. The printed manual is always in carton 1. If one carton has not arrived within 48 hours of the other, email us and we will trace it before you start.
People: 2 · Time: about 45–60 minutes · Tools: Phillips screwdriver or drill, the included hex key, work gloves. Every panel is laser-marked with a letter that matches the parts list — lay parts out by letter first.
2. Frame first
Bolt the four wall frames together on flat ground before fitting any mesh panels — square the corners before tightening.
3. Roof beams and roof
Fit the ridge beam, then the corrugated roof sheets from one end. Overlap ridges by one wave.
4. Platforms and ramps
Interior platforms hang on the laser-marked rails — match letters to the parts list.
5. Door and latches
Hang the door last and adjust the hinges until it swings free, then fit both latches.
6. Final check
Walk the checklist on the last page of the manual: every bolt snug, mesh edges seated, door aligned.
